Cleaning Instructions for the Manduka Rectangular Yoga Bolster

This rectangular yoga bolster is comprised of two separate parts – an inner pillow and an outside microfiber cover. To clean your yoga bolster, simply unzip the cover’s zipper and remove the inner pillow. Then, place the cover in your washing machine and wash it on a cold cycle using your usual detergent. In order to prevent the cover from shrinking, air dry or tumble dry the cover in the dryer on the lowest heat setting.
