First of all, we want you to be happy with your purchase from us and secondly, if you are not happy, we believe that exchanges and returns should be made as easy as possible.

Therefore, you do not need a Return Authorization to exchange or return any item to us as long as it meets the simple guidelines below. Just ship it back to us and we will take care of the rest.

We find that most of our customers are happy with the items that they choose and do not return them. Because of this we have decided to pass along the savings to you by providing more competitive prices and shipping rates by not paying for return shipping on exchanges and returns.

 

Exchanging Your Order

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different product, size, style or color, just ship the item back to us to the address below with a note letting us know what you would like to exchange it for. Please include your contact information in case we have any questions about your request.

You can ship the product back by the easiest means available to you like UPS, FedEx or US Priority Mail, but remember to keep your tracking number until you know that we have received the item.

If you prefer you can place a new order for another item so it can be processed as quickly as possible, but remember to send your original item back to us indicating that you would like a refund and we will handle the request as soon as possible.

 

Returning Your Order

All items should be returned to the address below in saleable condition. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued and applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the full processing of your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items*, including:

  • Any item that is returned more that 30 days after the date of delivery**
  • Any article of clothing or accessories that has been worn, altered or cleaned.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts or the manufactures packaging.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

 

* Of course any item that has a manufacturer's defect can be returned for a full refund ** If an item you're returning will not make it back to us within 30 days of the date of delivery, please contact us to determine if we can issue a full refund.
